Where do you offer pickup in the USA?
Our regular pickup service is centered in Tampa for properly packed personal goods.
Can you pick up outside Tampa?
Possibly. We can review pickup from other U.S. locations, and an additional fee may apply.
How does shipping from the USA to Northern Haiti work?
The route is USA pickup, shipment through Santiago, then coordinated final handoff in Northern Haiti. For the full sequence, see how the shipping process works from quote to handoff.
Where in Northern Haiti do you coordinate delivery handoff?
Handoff support depends on your service area and the nearest safe, accessible location. Review current coverage on the Service Areas page for Northern Haiti locations.
How long does shipping usually take?
Under normal conditions, transit is around one month. Timing can vary based on shipment details and external conditions.
How is my shipping quote calculated?
We review shipment-specific details: container type, size or dimensions, number of containers, pickup location and requirements, destination in Northern Haiti, and other applicable details. Submit these on the Get a Quote form to start your pricing review.
Why isn’t there one fixed shipping price for every shipment?
There is no universal flat rate because every shipment is different. Container details, quantity, pickup requirements, and destination area all affect the quote. You can also review the process context on the How It Works page.
Does pickup location affect the quote?
Yes. Pickup location is part of quote review. Tampa is the regular pickup area, and other U.S. pickups may be possible with an additional fee depending on requirements.
Does container size affect the quote?
Yes. Container type, size or dimensions, and quantity all affect pricing review. If needed, check the Container Guide for container types and measurements.
Is requesting a quote the same as booking a shipment?
No. A quote request starts a shipment review. It is not a booking and does not guarantee a final price until required details are confirmed.
